Where It Started
From media leadership to meaningful growth work
My story started in advertising, in a fast-paced, ever-evolving media world where change was constant and expectations were high. I thrived in that environment, building strategies, leading teams, and delivering results in a space that never stood still.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with businesses of every shape and size, from solo founders with big ambition, to national brands and government teams with complex challenges. What they all had in common was a need for structure, clarity and commercially grounded support.
That’s where I came in, and where I still do.

Finding My Focus
A New Chapter, Built on Purpose
After the birth of my son, stepping back into corporate life no longer felt like the right fit. I’d spent years in leadership roles, driving commercial results and building teams — but now I wanted to channel that experience into something more personal and purposeful.
So I took a different path.
I launched Charlie & Me Consulting with a clear focus: to support small businesses with sharp strategy, honest advice and hands-on delivery, especially in the areas I know best: sales, partnerships and projects that drive real growth.
This work matters to me because I’ve lived the pace and pressure of ambitious business. I know how hard it is to do it all, and I know how powerful it can be when the right support shows up at the right time.
This isn’t just a business. It’s a commitment to help others grow with structure, confidence and care.
