The Client
Maxispan has been a trusted leader in South Australian steel framing for over a decade, providing innovative, reliable solutions for both residential and commercial construction. As the business continued to grow, it became clear that its digital presence needed to evolve to reflect the professionalism, scale, and reputation of the brand.
The Opportunity
Maxispan’s existing website was no longer fit for purpose. It was slow, outdated, and didn’t effectively communicate who the business was, or why someone would want to work with (or for) them. The team needed a modern, well-structured site that would elevate their brand, support recruitment, and improve credibility across all touchpoints.
My Role
I was brought in to lead the full website redevelopment project, from initial scoping to final delivery, acting as the central point of contact between Maxispan’s leadership and a local digital agency.
While not engaged as a copywriter, I worked closely with the Maxispan team to shape the tone and structure of the content, helping define their purpose, showcase their team, and articulate their strengths in a way that felt true to their identity.
What I Delivered
The Result
The result was a slick, modern and user-friendly website that reflects Maxispan’s credibility, culture and commitment to quality. The new site not only presents the brand in a more professional light, it also positions Maxispan as an employer of choice and trusted construction partner in South Australia.
The project was delivered smoothly, on time and with enthusiastic feedback from all involved.
Client Impact
“Charlotte brought order, clarity and momentum to what could’ve easily become a messy process. She kept everything moving, made it easy for our team to stay involved, and delivered a website that truly reflects who we are. We couldn’t be happier.”
